17 year old boy charged with engaging in sexual acts with a minor 10th February 2010
On Wednesday Morning, we joined a team of officers from the Police Region 2 Child and Women Protection Center located at Banglamung Police Station as they served an arrest warrant on a 17 year old boy who was accused of having a sexual relationship with a 16 year old girl. The arrest warrant was dated 29th May 2009 and the complaint was made by the parents of the girl who had run away from home with the 17 year old boy. After nearly a ten month search which has taken officers as far afield as Chang Mai in the North of Thailand, officers managed to locate the boy at a house in Nong Pla Lai in Banglamung. Police Lieutenant Colonel Gritar served the warrant and the boy was happy to confess to being in a relationship with the girl. He claimed the pair were in love and the parents of the girl were only angry because the girl decided to leave home. Police were obligated to arrest him and he will appear in court on charges of engaging in a sexual act with a minor

I think you have a point there my friend. If these two were from Bumfuckeriam and their parents worked in the rice fields they'd be a wedding announcement, not arrest warrant..........

Reading the reports it seems the parents were only annoyed because the couple buggered off , i think they used the underage sex bit to encourage police to locate them ........maybe the guys parent are minted , and they want marriage with huge sin sot ?

Yes, He probably couldn't pay the sin sot. The Parents will have bought Her an English book and a one way ticket to Patts.
