Is there such a thing as a universal mobile phone charger/adapter?

Seems they all require different noninterchangeable types even within the same brand.

What if you lose the original?

are you in thailand or the uk or where ever ?

when i was home in scotland a few months ago i bought a multi adapter type phone charger from asda which has inter changable heads that fit all majot phone brands .

im pretty sure these could be got in tuk com in thailand or in walmart in the states or somewhere depending were you are .

many are using mini-USB now, my last 3 phones used it & two were different brand names

They are available in tukcom, although the cheaper versions involve taking the battery out. It is still a cheaper option in a lot of cases than running several chargers or replacing them

Yes, I used to sell similar interchangeable heads when I had a shop some years ago. You may also get them on ebay and if in Patts as suggested, go to Tukcom.

They sell multicharger kits in Tescos now, quite cheap too.
