At the end of the day you're right , better to spend £40 more and fly Ethihad or Emerates in my book

just booked with Qatar from Heathrow travelling out on 21st March with a 1hr 10 min stopover in Doha returning on 22nd April with a 2hr stopover in Doha, in the end cost us 411.80 each which I am more than happy with for that time of the year.

Parky in an ideal world I would prefer to go direct but for two of us having the short stop will save us 400+ quid which will pay for our accomodation which gives us more money to drink1.gif

kuwait have flights for 335 at the moment check travel supermarket .okay plane but terrible airport .i flew them six years ago one way from bkk bringing the wife home .We had to identify our bags on the runway in don muang air port .the wife never one to dress conservatively attracted a lot of attention at the airport in Kuwait .i did warn her first though .

i highly recommend qatar airways and i believe the cheapest for them are on holiday genie website at the moment .

You must be lucky & live in the catchment area for LHR.

Took Kuwait airlines from Bangkok to Manila years ago. No beer but you could smoke on the flight but I guess that has changed now. Was not too bad back then but it was a pretty short flight
