I posted this Q on another forum with no success, any smart arses in here know the answer
If I receive an email and want to forward it to friends (their details already in my system under my contacts) how do I do it?
At the moment, when I click on the forward tab the post looks like its being redirected and a blank address space appears, now I’m not going to physically type in my friends addresses but then when I click on my contacts a new screen appears (as if I am about to compile a new message). Anyone brainy know how to forward stuff using Google, I mean it’s hardly rocket science is it?

I don't understand?????? Your not going to type in your friends address? You don't have to, either type the first letter of their name or their email and Gmail will pop up the contacts that you have with corresponding letters in their name.
Unless your talking about auto forwarding, that's something completely different, still easy to set up though

Is it possible to get my full list of contacts to appear in that address box rather than go through a and the b and the c....................

Can't you use POP3 with Gmail ? in that case you can use Outlook express.

Yep, and if you're using MS Office with Outlook there is and add-on 'Outlook Connector' that lets you hook into all your web based accounts (Exchange, POP3, IMAP, HTTP, etc). Saves ages integrating the lot in one place

Only one you can't use pop3 for is Hotmail.

I have a yahoo.co.uk account because it supports POP3, my hotmail account is also supported by OE(http), but only because it's an old one, the newer ones ain't supported.
There are 3rd party programs like ypops who emulate a POP3 server so you can use OE with a yahoo.com account.
