What distance walk is it from condo building to the bahtbus route? I don't have a bike or car in Thailand so depend on public transportation. thanks

There are bike taxi's outside the place - about 5 mins walk gets you outside the hotels where the bart bus's wait....

The bart bus route is about 15 min walk (Naklua Road) - from the developments by bike taxi to Naklua Rd would be 20b........


Come over and have a look and weigh the place up first hand - i live in the same building as the condo that's available, which i hope is a good sign !

I would get internet in if I was you. When I look at condo rentals, I don't consider any without it.

I like the Nakua area,same as Jomtien
Normally do 1 month trips ,looking at 2 month next year
Understand you would prefer long term
But realistic, what you looking at for 1- 2 month stay.And what charges for Elec and water??

Mess 4 - it has internet - option 1) monthly unlimited wi fi, available from reception on a monthly "pay as you go" basis, or option 2) i have a USB dongle to lend (FOC) for "light users" who top up the card, as and when.


Mess 5 - i live on this development, but in a larger unit (88m) - my elect / water bills are usually around 1250b / month....
