Kangaroo Bar still open? I can remember it was nasty and sleazy (perfect) the last time I was there, and that must have been 1987.

There was also the White Rose (?) a couple of doors down, similar establishment. The big difference was that in one you paid straight up but the other one you only paid upon completion. A mate of mine used to slip into one and get the job done and then straight into the other one where they had to work on him for ages to get a result. He is a greedy bastard!

Back in the 80's they used to do a 'smoke and a smoke' deal in Kangaroo. A couple of the girls would be sat at a table rolling joints. The idea was that after your smoke you picked the girl(s) for your BJ.
