Check out the two photos in the link to ABC News, you can clearly see that they are not the same photo. Maybe they did photoshop the camera crew out of the picture but the two pictures are definitely not the same, the second vehicle in the first picture is behind a line in the snow, in the second pic it has already passed it.

No biggie but if a major news outlet is going to accuse another nation of doctoring a photo, they can at least show that it was the same photo and not one taken a few seconds later.

another attempt of N Korea trying to show precision in all parts of the country from army to civilians.

The two pics seem to be taken seconds apart but since Japan have some interest in N Korea (weapons) then they will play ball just to be seen as helping. As Japan has published the photo shopped image and Western countries wont as it is against some rights or something.

And if you notice most of the lines apart from the few around the camera on a tripod are almost uniform this is another attempt at showing apparent unity.
