Not sure about Soi 2 and 7 but if P2001 is right it is for Thais to get their wicked way and for me they can have their fun without me. Usually find underage girls where Thais go.

Not far away from the day/night complex. Leave the complex take a left then another left at the top of the street walk straight to the crossroads take a right and on the right hand side there are loads of Thai brothels with Thai Burmese and Laos girls ranging from 300 - 500 baht short time.

Ask any tuk tuk for 'Lady laos' and he will take you there's a street at the top in complete darkness at night and bursting with brothels and girls.

Sometimes called Soi communication.

I reckon the ones I seen were all 18-25 there's more under-age girls working Pattaya bars.

My comment is related to the fact that as much as I know there are underage girls in Pattaya the Thai bars (such as used to be in Soi 17 Pattaya) were havens for an underage market where girls were held by agents to pay off their families debts, they were mostly underage and that area got cleaned up years ago. My thoughts would be that Thai bars would cater to that market whether in Pattaya or Udon Thani. A friend took me to Soi 17 back 20 years ago, I actually found it a sobering if not unhealthy set up as the girls were lacking in any personality and would only speak to you once you spoke with the Mama San first, it was not the way I wanted to conduct business. Maybe it has changed but I will make do with a bar and a girl where pubity hasn't only recently passed by. It's just my safety net kicking in.

As I want to trie out the Ruy Suk Guest House next month I think I will find theses soi's, even I am not interested to get close to anybody there, I am just curious.
I like bars, where I can talk with people, in any language, and normally Lao Girls don't understand me at all.

Yes, I think so. Soi 2,3 and 7 (soi communication) I think they call it. I met a young Aussie guy who was staying in a guest-house up there and he took me on a guided tour of the bars and brothels on these sois. There's even a large hotel at the top of a closed road that has basement brothels.
The quality of the girls is outstanding, far nicer than you get in the bars but don't speak English.

Better asking a tuk tuk driver. The street at the top's in absolute darkness, drunken Thais roaming around it's NOT for the faint hearted...
