I took a taxi May 30 from airport to Nana,400 baht including tip and tolls.Dont buy the hawkers bs ,go to the taxi stand and get metered taxi and make sure he understand you want the freeway.

Yeah the hawkers are usually a rip-off but if you barter with them long enough it could even work out cheaper than the metered taxis

If you want to be a cheap bastard and save £1 , go 1 floor up when you go through to the arrivals area , steer clear of all the touts in the area and walk outside and get a cab, from there to Suckcockvit Soi 4 will cost you about 320 incl tolls. When you get to Bangkok go to the nearest 7/11 with your saved 50 baht and buy a beer ! Free beer tastes the best.
