Price as already stated B2,950,000 .The house is a blank canvas for the new owner to decorate to their own taste .Paint and painters are cheap in Thailand .

The majority of Thai houses do not have gutters .The house roof extends over the house walls by about one meter instead . Gutters would NOT be capable of holding up to tropical rains .

No .This is just one of 5 houses the Chinese owner has and she is in no rush to sell .
